With the aim of modernizing its digital presence, Fullscreen was responsible for the complete restructuring of the brand's online identity.

Fullscreen led an ambitious project, involving multidisciplinary teams and an in-person immersion in the physical space of the bookstore to capture the essence of the place and the visiting dynamics .

One of the biggest complexities of the project was the bidirectional integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) , which is essential for the transactional management of the online store .

In addition, integration was made with the E-Goi platform, for automated sending of personalized newsletters and management of email marketing campaigns.
